New Batting Cage

Even though we have had to postpone our Packet Pick-Up Night and our Field Cleanup Day, we are still moving forward with improvements at the fields.

The board has recognized a need for a new and permanent batting cage that can be used by all Little League and Town Teams. This could potentially also allow us to set up the temporary cage elsewhere and use two cages. Right now, when both fields are being used for practice, teams need to share the use of the batting cage. Having two would potentially free up some time for practice.

With materials purchased with fundraising money and concession stand revenue from last season, Bill Kuhse, Jamie Hammersland, and Josh Embretson volunteered to put up the structure this morning. Special thanks to these three.

We look forward to things returning to "normal" so we can put this cage to good use!
