*NEW* Coaches Page

Coaches volunteer a lot of time to our Little League & Town Teams. They want to do what's best for our young athletes in making sure they are developing the right skills.

The is why the board is committed to our coaches in providing what resources we can to help them before, during, and after the season.

Prior to the season starting, we held our first ever Coaches Meeting that covered all the avenues in which we, the board, can and will support them. We also went over what the board needs from the coaches to ensure efficient communications with families, consistency of rules, equipment inventory, etc.

This meeting took place before COVID-19 upended all of our daily routines and we had a great turnout. However, there were still some coaches with prior commitments that couldn't make it, which is totally fine. Not only that, there was a lot of information to cover.

So to continue to support our coaches throughout the season, we have created a page on our website just for them. This page houses everything covered in our meeting as well as all the resources they will need.

As a board, we will continue to improve the ways we support our youth, parents, AND coaches, but we hope for the time being this is a start.

We welcome any feedback you may have on ways to improve OR if what we are currently providing is helping.

Can't wait to get the season rolling, but we will all be patient until then.
